Whether you are looking to loose a few pounds, become aerobically fit, run your first triathlon, or set a new marathon PR, having a consistent and sound running schedule will serve you in your efforts to achieve success. We understand that everyone has busy schedules and it is not always easy to fit workouts in, as such we are trying to provide multiple opportunities in different locations and at different times for the Bad Frogs to meet up and run together. The following is our current run training schedule, and we will be adding more runs as time permits.
